The Sr. Account Director, Client Services is responsible for leading the planning, insights, strategy, ideation and execution of consumer engagement initiatives for key accounts. These responsibilities include account planning, project development, and reporting. In addition, provides a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers and assists the organization in achieving a services excellence culture.
This role is responsible for managing key account relationships and ensuring that clients are dutifully serviced based on established scopes of work and client protocols. Also, the Sr. Account Director will have a sales function including the preparation and presentation of prospective client sales pitches or proposals, along with the selling and upselling of marketing services to current and/or future clients.
