Mythic employees are expected to work from 9:00am-5:30pm EST, but may also require evenings and weekends as client needs dictate. Must be authorized to work in the US without corporate assistance. Must be located in the US.

Job Summary:
Mythic is seeking a Senior Account Executive to champion key client relationships and collaborate across internal and external teams. Based in our hybrid Charlotte office, this candidate will have 3 to 5 years of agency experience to confidently lead project timelines, solve problems proactively, and uncover organic business opportunities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Project Management (Own the Work)
    • Overseeing projects/processes in project management system
    • Evaluate work orders, support creative brief and presentation development and communicate with project managers
    • Collect and maintain records of supporting reference materials.
    • Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits
    • Create and track progress of project timelines relative to with client requests
  • Account Services Support (Find a Way)
    • Co-create marketing plans and creative deliverables in partnership with Account Supervisor, Account Director, Strategic Planning and Creative teams (as applicable)
    • Provide financial admin support including account expense management, invoicing and reconciliation
    • Attend and contribute to internal account development meetings
    • Oversee and lead weekly status reports
    • Initiate and oversee the coordination of team and/or client meetings, including scheduling, meeting room set-up, catering and travel, as appropriate.
    • Act as a liaison between the creative department and account team.
    • Oversee monthly hours tracking for account services team, including hours reconciliation as necessary.
    • Supporting account team - Coordinators, Supervisors, Directors - in driving projects forward through a share of responsibilities and clear communication, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Client Relationship Expectations (Create with Purpose)
    • Lead and participate in client meetings and conference calls
    • Own identified projects with client, with support from Account Supervisor, Management Supervisor or Account Director
    • Develop relationships with key clients
  • New Business Support (Fuel Curiosity)
    • Support and identify organic business development needs of account
    • A constant student of advertising
    • Coordinate for team/agency as appropriate by providing research information, preparation of materials and draft/format documents
    • Participate in internal staff trainings, as applicable
Required Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with people inside and outside the organization at all levels

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of Advertising Agency Account Services or Corporate Marketing experience
Physical Requirements: 
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk 
  • Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds 
  • Keyboarding
