As a key member of EA''s Advertising & Sponsorships team, you will lead strategic advertising and sponsorship partnerships across EA's game portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategy, and build long-term partnerships with priority accounts and categories.
Responsibilities
Own senior client and media agency relationships across strategic accounts (with expected travel to accomplish)
Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
Lead deal strategy, negotiation, and execution for complex partnerships
Partner with studio, brand, and operations teams on advertising solutions
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance across accounts
Guide the larger sales team on account and business growth strategy
Share advertiser trends and market insights to inform internal planning
Qualifications
8+ years in advertising sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorships
Experience leading high-value strategic deals and senior client relationships
Experience managing revenue targets, pipeline, and account growth
Experience working with media agencies and brands on integrated campaigns
Passion or interest in gaming, sports, or entertainment partnerships
Skills
Digital media, advertising sponsorships, and branded content knowledge
Account strategy development and opportunity identification
Use of CRM and sales tools for forecasting and pipeline tracking
Executive communication and client presentations

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
