Our model combines technology, performance marketing and data to generate sales-ready leads at scale and at a predictable cost.
We're now looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us open a new revenue line within our US business.
Your mission
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature territory and optimize around the edges.
We're looking for an experienced seller who already understands the B2B lead-generation ecosystem, knows how these partnerships are built and can create meaningful commercial opportunities with a high degree of autonomy.
You'll work within one of our US growth squads with a clear objective: open new markets and help build a significant new stream of revenue for Dolead.
We expect you to bring more than individual deals. Your experience should also help us improve how we approach prospects, structure partnerships and negotiate commercially.
What you'll do
Build, own and close your own pipeline of B2B opportunities.
Identify and open new verticals, client segments and revenue opportunities for Dolead.
Leverage your knowledge of the market and professional network to create relevant conversations quickly.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first conversation through negotiation and signature.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and understand the economics behind their customer acquisition strategy.
Lead sophisticated commercial negotiations and structure partnerships that create long-term value.
Bring an external perspective on how Dolead currently sells, negotiates and structures deals — and challenge us where you see opportunities to improve.
Work closely with Operations, Growth and other teams to turn signed opportunities into successful client launches.
Share your experience with less senior members of the commercial team and help raise the overall level of the squad.
And importantly: stay hands-on. We're looking for someone who still enjoys prospecting, negotiating and closing personally — not someone who wants to manage the work from a distance.
Who we're looking for
You probably have 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with substantial exposure to lead generation, performance marketing, customer acquisition or a closely related business model.
You'll be particularly relevant if you've worked in an environment like ours: performance marketing / lead-generation business.
More importantly, you:
Have a strong track record of generating and closing meaningful new business.
Understand the commercial dynamics of lead generation and performance-based acquisition.
Have developed genuine depth in your market and client relationships.
Have built a strong professional network and know how to turn relationships into relevant commercial conversations.
Can operate independently and start creating pipeline without extensive onboarding or hand-holding.
Are an accomplished negotiator who understands both deal value and deal structure.
Are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when you see a better commercial approach.
Have demonstrated sustained ownership of clients, markets or a book of business over time.
Still enjoy the craft of selling and are prepared to personally do the work required to win.
Experience expanding existing accounts is valuable, but net-new business development is the primary focus of the role.
What success looks like
We expect a senior hire to make an impact relatively quickly.
Early success means creating qualified conversations, opening opportunities and demonstrating that you can operate autonomously within the market.
Longer term, the ambition is significantly bigger: you've helped Dolead establish a new and scalable revenue stream, opened relationships and verticals we weren't previously accessing, and improved the way our team approaches commercial negotiations.
Your impact should ultimately be visible not only in what you personally close, but also in how the wider team sells.
