Senior Account Executive – Performance Marketing & Call Transfers

Interest Media is looking for a sales professional with direct, hands-on experience selling into the co-registration and path lead ecosystem — someone who already knows how lead aggregators and call center operators that buy and resell coreg leads, think, buy, and evaluate traffic. If you've sold coreg or path leads before, or you have real relationships with the aggregators and call center buyers in this space, this role is built around you.

This is a hunter role: you'll acquire and grow direct advertiser relationships within high-volume consumer acquisition verticals, especially insurance and other near-prime/subprime financial services products, using CPA, CPL, CPC, and pay-per-call economics.

Who We Need (Required)
• Direct, verifiable experience selling co-registration ("co-reg") or path leads — you should be comfortable discussing click-to-call, ping-post, publisher networks, and coreg funnel mechanics without explanation
• Existing relationships with lead aggregators and/or call center operators that buy or resell coreg leads — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• 3–7+ years selling performance marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or call transfer solutions
• Strong working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPC, and pay-per-call business models
• Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and close new business independently, without relying on inbound leads

Our advertiser relationships range from emerging performance marketers to enterprise-scale buyers spending six and seven figures monthly.

What You'll Do
• Prospect and develop new advertiser relationships across insurance, lead generation, and performance marketing verticals, with a focus on coreg/path buyers, lead aggregators, and call center operators
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through deal execution
• Identify advertisers already buying CPL, CPA, and call transfer traffic within our ecosystem
• Build and maintain a high-quality outbound pipeline using industry research, trade shows, competitive analysis, and CRM tools
• Present customer acquisition solutions tailored to advertiser ROI and scalability goals
• Collaborate closely with operations and media teams to scale successful campaigns
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows throughout the year
• Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets

This role is heavily focused on new business development and outbound prospecting. The most successful candidates will proactively identify and pursue opportunities rather than relying solely on company-provided leads.
