Won't you join us? Your Contributions to the Team: The Senior Account Manager is a senior level role responsible to cultivate and manage all aspects of existing sales accounts by successfully increasing revenue growth, maintain profitability, overall net retention, and customer satisfaction to achieve sales goals, KPI's and the long-term success of the company's business. This role is a seasoned account manager who manages key national and regional customer relationships, and partners cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth with key clients aligned with the Company's manufacturing capabilities and strategic priorities.This role is responsible for driving business growth through management of relationship and profitability of GloryBee's Key Accounts. This role provides key insights to strategic vision and will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and while enhancing our market presence. Travel required to visit customers, prospects, trade shows, events, etc. (30 - 50% travel) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new opportunities across food & beverage manufacturers and strategic customer segments.Build multi-year account development plans that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and capacity optimization.Serve as the executive relationship owner for assigned key food & beverage manufacturing accounts.Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, volume commitments, and long-term supply agreements.Partner with customers to understand category trends, consumer insights, and innovation opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Marketing to ensure customer programs are operationally feasible and financially sound.Align forecasts and demand planning with manufacturing capacity and inventory strategies.Own revenue, margin, and profitability performance for assigned accounts.Monitor KPIs, customer performance metrics, and market trends to drive informed decision-making.Establish best practices for account development, customer engagement, and commercial execution.Maintain files, records, and documents created during the sales and marketing processes.The Senior Account Manager role reports directly to the President however has a dotted line to the CFO-COO. Partnering to develop and implement high performing effective and efficient sales strategies within the organization to ensure alignment of forecast, infrastructure and planning.
