What We're Looking For:

VML Health is searching for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team of healthcare marketing experts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. If you're a natural leader with a strong client-centric approach and a desire to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and technology, to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion.

• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute successful healthcare marketing campaigns.
• A confident and persuasive communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A problem-solver, able to navigate complex challenges and find creative solutions.
• A mentor and coach, committed to developing and supporting junior team members.
• A results-oriented individual, with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to driving client success.

What You'll Need:

• 3-6 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
