About the role

We are seeking an innovative and driven Senior Account Manager to join our team to create long-term relationships with our customers. The account manager will oversee and drive success amongst a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing accounts, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

What you will be doing


  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders 
  • Attend Tradeshows across North America and book 
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and engaged with the product and services 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities 
  • Negotiate agreements and renewal with the current client base
  • Be a liaison between customer success and product development departments
  • Customer site visits will include travel throughout North America 
  • Work with clients on case studies, website reviews, and shared wins on social media
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed

What you'll need


  • At least three years of experience working as an account manager, key account manager,  or sales account manager in the industry
  • Construction Industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Growth mindset – desire to continue to improve, simplify, scale new and existing processes
  • Solid experience with Hubspot
  • Excellent relationship building, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or similar field
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
