About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, your core role is to build and nurture strong client relationships with home services clients. You are the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with our clients'' objectives. You play a pivotal role in transforming their goals into successful strategies in areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. Your dedication and expertise provide our clients with confidence in achieving their online success. As a Senior, your influence reaches beyond the franchisees into Advisory committees and the corporate relationship.

Who you are and what you bring
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience
Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting
Experience working as part of a team
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
First class organizational skills
A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
Willingness to learn new programs
Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision making
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
A personable and professional character to build client rapport

Work Location & Flexibility
Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote roles.
