Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, or clients.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SA360, or DV360.
  • Understanding of search and the digital video landscape, including YouTube and other video/display platforms.

As a member of our LCS team, you"ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $155000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your accounts, and analyze campaign performance and grow existing dollars in-quarter through upsells and data driven recommendations tied to the customers business and marketing objectives. Ensure our clients are following Google best practices in setting up and managing their accounts.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products (e.g., performance and brand) and identify forward thinking, high-impact opportunities to grow our client"s business. Possess presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate their value and impact to clients.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and with a high level of customer service.
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with clients and agencies, proactively understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Balance proactive service with reactive communication.
