ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Account Manager at DCG ONE plays a key role in building meaningful relationships with enterprise clients and guiding projects that combine thoughtful strategy with seamless execution. This position works across a variety of industries, leveraging the company's capabilities in creative development, print production, and direct mailing to deliver impactful, results-oriented campaigns.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring client goals are met while maintaining a collaborative and organized approach. Your responsibilities include developing scopes of work, managing budgets, and overseeing projects with clear direction and accountability. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee projects and campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with customer success and other internal teams, including creative and production, to achieve client goals.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs, address issues swiftly, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of client accounts, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and revenue goals are met.
  • Communication Excellence: Lead client meetings, craft compelling briefs and requirements documents, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in marketing, advertising, or creative agency roles. Print production experience is a plus.
  • Strong account management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach.
