The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overall sales and service support to the Select Business Unit clients and prospects.The good‑faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $60,000 to $80,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.About UsTowne Insurance is a nationally recognized top insurance and risk management firm specializing in customized insurance solutions for all segments of business clients, families, and individuals. We hire motivated, self‑directed professionals who desire to give back to their communities.About The RoleProvide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to Select Business Unit clients and prospects.Process endorsements, certificates, cancellations, audits, and other transactions according to agency standards.Utilize the service centers with core partners and account rounding.Resolve accounting discrepancies.Support new business and renewals by maintaining prospect/client files within the agency management system, assembling proposals, issuing binders, I.D. cards, certificates of insurance and invoicing.Check policies to ensure the accuracy of the various transactions.Develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients, prospects, underwriters, vendors, and others.Maintain client files on the agency management system.Be aware of opportunities to add new business to existing clients or cross‑sell business to other departments.Maintain knowledge of industry forms and coverage changes.Perform other duties as requested.Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).Skills And Experience You'll NeedActive P&C license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong organization and prioritization skills.Computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).Bonus Points If You HavePrevious working knowledge of Insurance Agency Management software programs, preferably Applied software Epic.What We OfferExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, vision, dental, and Employee Assistance ProgramPaid time off to include holidays, PTO, sick leave, and bereavementProfit SharingContinuing education opportunities401K & Employer MatchingEmployee discountsIdentity theft protectionTuition ReimbursementPaid Training OpportunitiesPaid Parental LeaveWellness PlanVolunteer OpportunitiesServing Others.
