Account Executive - Commercial Lines (Property & Casualty)

About the Role
The Commercial Lines Account Executive is responsible for managing a large, complex book of business (typically $1M-$1.5M in revenue), serving as the primary client advisor and leading all aspects of service delivery, renewal strategy, and account growth. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners with Producers as needed to support retention and new business efforts.
In addition to client leadership, this role plays a key part in mentoring team members, coordinating service activities, and driving consistency in client experience.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
