    Job overview:

    Schneider is seeking a Senior Account Representative in Green Bay to assist the Account Specialist Team within Schneider's Transportation Management (STM) division. The Senior Account Representative will resolve issues, manage customer challenges and develop strong internal and external relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, address and solve problems for managed accounts.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned shipments.
    • Manage high-volume email communications.
    • Help customers classify freight.
    • Participate in regular business reviews with key accounts.
    • Utilize a variety of reports, dashboards, tools and technology.

    Skills and qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • At least two years of relevant work experience.
    • Able to work on-site at a Schneider facility.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
