Position Overview
The Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant will oversee general ledger operations, financial reporting, month-end close, financial analysis, and audit coordination while supporting the organization’s overall financial health and operational effectiveness. This role will also provide leadership to accounting staff and serve as a key business partner to leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
• Lead monthly general ledger close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, account analyses, and operational reporting for leadership review
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger system integrity
• Ensure accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements
• Coordinate annual audits and assist with year-end financial reporting and compliance processes

Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting and general ledger experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems experience preferred
