You will be responsible for core accounting functions, financial reporting support, and analytical review of business operations.Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial recordsReconcile bank statements and all operating accounts across multiple locationsPrepare and post journal entries, including adjustments and accrualsAssist with month-end close by researching discrepancies and resolving variancesCreate and maintain recurring financial and operational reportsConduct detailed account analysis and support internal audit processesPartner with operational teams to provide financial insight and reporting supportUtilize accounting systems, Excel, and reporting tools to streamline processesSupport the Controller and Assistant Controller with ad hoc financial projectsEnsure deadlines are met while managing multiple priorities efficientlyOccasional travel to various business locations as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferredCPA designation preferred but not requiredMinimum of 3-5+ years of accounting or related experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with general ledger accounting and reconciliationsProven ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepanciesStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision#J-18808-Ljbffr
