That's why we're building:For students : Rewarding and motivating learning experiences that meet students where they are to build real academic proficiency.For educators : Tools that fit naturally into instruction and help students stay engaged while reducing teacher workload.For parents : Activities that help your kid catch up or get ahead, build confidence, and minimize homework battles, whether learning at school or at home.Level is seeking a Senior Accountant to help us scale our financial operations and ensure a strong backbone for our next stage of growth.What You Will Do:Own and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury management, and bank reconciliations across several operating unitsAssist with accounting for international operation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminationsPrepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAPAssist with the month-end and year-end close processesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activitiesLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and vendors as neededEvaluate and implement accounting systems and processes that scale with company growthQualifications Need to Have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceQualified for CPA license; CPA strongly preferred2-4 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 accounting firm or high-growth startup is highly preferred)Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reportingProficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel/Google SheetsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and balance multiple tasks with aggressive timelines simultaneously#J-18808-Ljbffr
