APPLY NOW !PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportsSupport the Controller/Accounting Dept. with daily tasksMonitor job costs, equipment expenses, fuel usage, and project-related costsReview vendor invoices, billing, and customer invoicing for accuracyWork closely with operations and project management teams regarding job profitability and cost trackingMonitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy, edge quality, and minimal wasteAssist during audits and provide requested financial documentationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required3-5 years of accounting experience requiredStrong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reportingExperience in crane & rigging, heavy equipment, transportation, or industrial services strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessional communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staffDeep South is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
