Senior Accountant

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base + approximately 10% discretionary bonus
Location: Beloit, WI | On-site

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily books, complete month-end reconciliations, and manage accruals.
Support the onboarding and ongoing administration of investments, including documenting structures and tracking financial details.
Monitor investment-related contributions, distributions, wires, insurance, and other activity.
Prepare and review financial information while tracking and tracing transactions across various investment structures.
Partner with finance and investment professionals on financial analysis, investment case studies, and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

2–3 years of broad accounting experience, ideally within public accounting, audit, tax, banking, investing, financial services, or a similar environment.
Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and transaction tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
