West Bloomington, MN - (Hybrid Work Model)

Are you a Senior Accountant looking to broaden your experience within a well-established global organization? We're partnering with a leading company seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team. The role offers a nice combination of month-end close, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, account analysis, and process improvement, with exposure to North American and broader corporate accounting.

What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Coordinate close activities across North American and/or global entities
Support intercompany and consolidation-related accounting processes
Assist with audits and SOX compliance
Partner with FP&A and other business teams on accounting and reporting matters
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
Participate in system enhancements and special projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Senior Accountant or comparable corporate accounting experience
Strong general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliation experience
Public-company and/or public accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of US GAAP
ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
SAP, OneStream, or similar systems a plus
