Senior Accountant

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and operational accounting support across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to become a subject matter expert in our accounting and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
" Assist with the month-end close process, including:
o Journal entry preparation and review
o Profit & Loss review
o Balance sheet review
o Trend analysis
o Account reconciliations
" Assist with multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting
" Compare actual financial results to budget/plan and explain variances
" Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
" Become a subject matter expert in Service Titan and Sage Intacct
" Support 10+ locations with accounting and operational needs
" Assist in improving accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls
" Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data

Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
" 3 7+ years of accounting experience preferred
" CPA preferred
" Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
" Experience with Service Titan preferred
" Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
" Proficient in Microsoft Excel
" Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
" Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
