Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and operational accounting support across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to become a subject matter expert in our accounting and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the month-end close process, including:
o Journal entry preparation and review
o Profit & Loss review
o Balance sheet review
o Trend analysis
o Account reconciliations
Assist with multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting
Compare actual financial results to budget/plan and explain variances
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
Become a subject matter expert in Service Titan and Sage Intacct
Support 10+ locations with accounting and operational needs
Assist in improving accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
37+ years of accounting experience preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
Experience with Service Titan preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
