Senior Accountant
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Process payroll for 300+ employees across multiple entities
• Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Review accounts payable processes and support accounting operations
• Provide backup support for accounting team members as needed
• Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and 401(k) administration
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Payroll processing and month-end close experience required
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
• Public accounting and/or healthcare experience preferred
