Senior Accountant

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage accounting for 5-7 senior living properties utilizing ALIS software.
• Prepare journal entries, monthly financial statements, and financial reporting packages.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare investor and third-party owner reporting.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and special projects.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Property management, development, or construction accounting experience preferred.
