Role: Senior Accountant
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Chandler, AZ 85226
Setting: On Site 
Pay: $85K - $95K+ 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post accurate journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes; support external audits
  • Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, P&L)
  • Analyze expenses and support financial reporting with necessary adjustments
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure reliable financial data

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in general accounting, reconciliations, and close processes
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
