Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close activities, and process improvement initiatives. A successful Senior Accountant is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead account reconciliation efforts
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support audit preparation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
