Demonstrated success improving accounting processes or internal controls.
Experience leading projects or serving as a senior resource to other accounting team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate will be a
hands-on Senior Accountant who can own significant pieces of the close and reporting process while also thinking analytically about the business. This person should be comfortable digging into account discrepancies, preparing reconciliations and financial statements, supporting audits, and partnering with operations to understand what is driving financial performance.
Transportation or logistics experience is beneficial because of the industry's operational complexity, but candidates from other
high-volume, operationally driven environments with strong GAAP and general accounting experience may also translate well.
