    Description

    Senior Accountant (Full‑Time)

    Located in City of Industry

    $35-40/hour | Multi‑Entity / Family‑Office-Style Environment | Start ASAP

    Role Overview

    We're seeking a Senior Accountant to support multiple small entities. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on general accounting, with the remaining 40% handling administrative responsibilities, including support for the owners' real estate investments.

    Candidates with family office exposure will thrive here, though experience in wholesale or manufacturing environments is also a strong fit.

    What You'll Do

    Prepare complex monthly journal entries
    Perform month‑end GL and balance sheet reconciliations
    Assist with financial statements and supporting schedules
    Support annual budgeting processes
    Assist with tax compliance and audits
    Partner with operations to review financial performance
    Maintain organized, accurate accounting records
    Recommend improvements to accounting processes

    What We're Looking For

    3+ years in a similar accounting role
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit principles
    Wholesale or distribution experience required
    Property management experience a plus
    Comfortable with high‑volume transactions
    Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI a plus)
    Experience with QuickBooks and Sage X3 (preferred)
