Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Cleveland, Ohio – (On-site) - Monday-Friday
Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the organization's accounting and financial operations. This position will be responsible for general ledger activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and supporting leadership with accurate financial information and analysis. Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):

• 
  
• Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts
• 
  
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• 
  
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• 
  

Qualifications (Senior Accountant):

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 
  
• 4+ years of accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• 
  
• Expereince with Excel
•
