Position Overview

The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities focused on general ledger maintenance, inventory and cost accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):

• 
  
• Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations, including inventory, COGS, and balance sheet accounts
• 
  
• Support inventory tracking and costing processes for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• 
  
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting support
• 
  

Qualifications (Senior Accountant):

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Manufacturing and/or inventory accounting experience is a plus
•
