If you're detail‑driven, dedicated, and ready to join a team that values excellence, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare timely and accurate journal entriesResponsible for general ledger account reconciliationsUnderstanding of Cash, A/R, A/P, & Prepaids balance sheet reconciliationsPerform internal review and reporting of financial dataResponsible for recording and reconciling Intercompany transactionsResponsible for Fixed Asset accounting and depreciation schedulesAssist with month-end close proceduresAssist with audit requestsAssist with other accounting functions as requestedDocument work fully and accuratelyOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in accountingPrevious experience with monthly financial close proceduresConstruction industry a plusProficiency with general ledger software (particularly Acumatica and Velixo)User requirements gathering and report design projectsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)Physical DemandsThis position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment. The employee must be able to remain seated for prolonged periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and perform repetitive motions such as typing and using a mouse.
