Senior Accountant (Consultant)
Location: Goshen, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Support month-end close activities
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
Improve and document accounting processes
Maintain audit-ready support and schedules
Assist with ERP and reporting projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Active CPA required
3+ years of public accounting OR 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Strong Excel skills

Preferred

Audit background
ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
Power BI exposure
Process improvement mindset
