Description

Job TitleLead all accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance reports for executive leadership and investors.Manage property-level and corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.Partner with development, asset management, and operations teams to monitor project costs, construction budgets, and investment performance.Coordinate audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes to support scalability and risk management.Supervise and mentor accounting staff while driving operational efficiencies and best practices across the finance organization.Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and capital transactions through financial analysis and due diligence.Provide strategic financial insights to senior executives to support decision-making, profitability, and long-term portfolio growth.This is a premier New York City-based real estate investment, development, and management organization with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of luxury residential, mixed-use, retail, and multifamily properties.
