Senior Accountant
Location: Dayton, OH
Employment Type: Direct Hire | 100% Onsite
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and bank account reviews
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate financials
- Prepare daily cash flow reporting and help maintain strong internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and special projects with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
- Open to high-performing Staff Accountants ready to step into a Senior role
- Experience with multi-site or multi-system environments is a plus
