Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, inclusive of preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of external audit requests with efficiency and effective communication.
• Lead and collaborate on various projects as assigned and continuously find ways to improve departmental quality through creating efficiencies, streamlining repetitive processes, and using technology.
• Ability to comprehend complex accounting topics and determine the appropriate treatment as required under US GAAP.
• Perform ad hoc duties and analysis as needed to support corporate functions.
• Support strategic initiatives and other key accounting and finance goals, fostering a positive accounting team and professional culture in a fast paced and evolving environment.
• Participate in and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and provide financial analysis to support our business operations.
• Partner with the Accounting Manager, VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller to assist with accounting activities,

The gross annual salary range is $75,000 - $100,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field required. CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Experience with data mining, ERP and reporting software such as Oracle R12. Planful and Tableau experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills.
• Strong financial process experience, including financial close, reporting, internal controls, and working with independent auditors.
