Position: Senior Accountant
Salary: $70,000–$90,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory for our manufacturing operations. This role supports plant leadership by providing financial insights, overseeing production costs, ensuring GAAP compliance, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred), ERP system proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- Experience with manufacturing costing, inventory management, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and strong GAAP knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with occasional floor presence
