Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• 
  
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and support the preparation of financial statements
• 
  
• Prepare and post journal entries; complete account reconciliations and variance analysis
• 
  
• Support manufacturing and inventory accounting, including cost tracking and analysis
• 
  
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
• 
  
• Participate in special projects and process improvements in partnership with finance leadership
• 
  

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
