Compensation: $90,000- $120,000 Base+ Bonus

Senior Accountant Job Duties

• 
  
• Support and enhance the company’s SOX compliance and internal controls environment
• 
  
• Work cross-functionally to evaluate, design, and improve control processes
• 
  
• Contribute to month-end close and financial reporting cycles
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, particularly in a manufacturing setting
• 
  
• Partner with internal and external auditors during audits and testing
• 
  
• Assist with ERP and system optimization initiatives (SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus)
• 
  

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• 
  
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, related field 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or controls
• 
  
• Hands-on exposure to SOX compliance, internal controls, or audit
• 
  
• Background in manufacturing or inventory-driven environments preferred
• 
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA highly valued)
• 
  
• Track record of increasing responsibility or upward progression
• 
  
• Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and follow-through
•
