Job Summary:This remote role seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage financial operations for UK trading entities and holding companies. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate statutory reporting, facilitating audits, and overseeing month-end close processes in compliance with US GAAP. The position demands strong communication with global stakeholders and management of outsourced accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and complete statutory financial statements.
- Act as the main contact for external auditors.
- Oversee month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Manage relationships with outsourced accounting providers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Significant accounting experience in a multinational environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Industry Experience: Experience preparing financial statements and supporting audits for UK entities within a multinational corporation is required.
