Senior Accountant | Accounting & Financial Reporting
Houston, TX
$80,000 - $95,000 + Bonus
Our client, a growing commercial real estate investment firm, is adding a Senior Accountant to their team due to continued growth. What You'll Do
- Lead the month-end close process
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages
- Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
- Partner with property management and third-party vendors
- Serve as the primary accounting liaison between internal leadership and external partners
- Support joint venture and investor reporting
- Ensure accurate financials are prepared for executive review
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Commercial real estate accounting experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
