Your Role: Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in preparing SEC filings, supporting financial statement disclosures, and performing technical accounting analyses. You’ll collaborate across teams and help strengthen financial reporting processes for a rapidly scaling organization.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and variances
• Research and document technical accounting issues and new GAAP pronouncements
• Review journal entries and reconciliations for investments and other technical areas
• Support accounting for business combinations and investments
• Perform key internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
• Supervise and coach financial reporting staff
• Assist with special projects and automation initiatives

What You Bring
• BS/BA in Accounting
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting
• Experience with SEC reporting requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
• CPA designation
• Experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
