We're partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed company seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This organization is a recognized leader within its industry, generating nearly $1 billion in annual revenue while continuing to experience strong growth and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional who wants to move beyond routine accounting responsibilities and take ownership of key accounting processes while helping drive improvements across the organization.

The company has invested heavily in its technology infrastructure, including Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM, and is looking for someone who enjoys learning, improving processes, and leveraging technology to create efficiencies.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Own accounting responsibilities related to fixed assets, lease accounting, and project accounting
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• 
  
• Support financial reporting and analysis
• 
  
• Partner with operational and business leaders across the organization
• 
  
• Help improve accounting processes, workflows, and controls
• 
  
• Assist with large-scale projects and ongoing business initiatives
• 
  
• Utilize modern ERP and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• 
  
• Support a growing accounting organization focused on continuous improvement
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• Approximately 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
• 
  
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• 
  
• Experience with fixed assets, lease accounting, or project accounting is helpful but not required
• 
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Desire to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally
• 
  
• Process improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
• 
  
• Experience with Oracle, Power BI, AI tools, or other technology platforms is a plus
•
