Senior Accountant
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000 (Depending On Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, improve processes, and provide insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting principles along with an understanding of manufacturing cost structures and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general accounting support, including month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial statements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards
• Assist with cost accounting, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Review and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with operations to understand production costs, margins, and efficiency drivers
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred but not required
• 3-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
