Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)
Type: Temp Assignment
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
* Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
* Ensure accuracy and compliance of balance sheet accounts
* Analyze financial data and investigate variances
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shared services
* Assist with finance projects, ERP improvements, and accounting updates affecting U.S. operations
* Analyze system data to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and ensure proper accounting treatment under IFRS

Requirements for the Senior Accountant:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Master's degree or CPA certification preferred
* 5+ years of experience in accounting within pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or multinational environments
* Strong background of IFRS and U.S. GAAP
* Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Fort Worth, Texas
