Senior Accountant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a remote role with a dynamic client in California. This opportunity offers an excellent chance for a qualified accounting professional to bring their expertise to a fast-paced environment, working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Perform thorough reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Apply knowledge of SaaS technology industry practices in daily tasks.
• Manage accounting operations in a multi-entity environment, including intercompany billing.
• Oversee procurement payments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Execute month-end close procedures to deliver accurate financial statements.
• Lead the year-end close process, ensuring all financial activities are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in revenue recognition and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SaaS technology industry standards and practices.REQUIRED
• Experience in handling accounting for a multi-entity organization with intercompany transactions.
• Strong understanding of procurement payments and financial compliance.
• Ability to manage both month-end and year-end close processes effectively.
