Senior Accountant – Fulfillment & Warehousing

Contract Opportunity: Senior Accountant – Fulfillment & Warehousing - Cincinnati, OH

6-Month Contract Role (No conversion to permanent employment. Contract may be extended at the end of the assignment.)

Work with a Fortune 25 retailer headquartered in Cincinnati supporting large-scale finance and accounting operations.

Location: Downtown Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support warehousing and fulfillment operations. This role will be responsible for general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, cost analysis, and financial reporting. The position will also provide guidance to one accounting team member and work closely with operations and finance teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting or general ledger experience
• Strong month-end close and account reconciliation skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and resolve accounting issues
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff is a plus
• Experience supporting warehousing, logistics, distribution, or operational accounting environments preferred
