We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support General Ledger reconciliations, AP/AR activities, and inventory accounting operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end closing, year-end closing, budget & forecasting, audits and ensuring integrity across inventory and balance sheet accounts and improving accounting processes and controls.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on reconciliation experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA or CPA-track preferred
3 - 7+ years of accounting experience
Strong General Ledger and Sub General reconciliation experience required.
Experience with inventory accounting and inventory reconciliations
Standard costing, cycle counts, and inventory controls
Multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments
Supporting month-end close, year-end close, budget, audits
Knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial reporting
Manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, marine, or inventory-heavy industries
ERP system experience preferred (IFS experience a plus)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
