  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to accelerate global close timelines and improve quality. Identify opportunities for and drive cross-functional change management of automation to reduce manual close activities and entries.

  • Support internal and external audit activities (interim and year-end) by coordinating schedules, responding to requests, preparing audit-ready documentation, and tracking open items to closure.

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA readiness by participating in process design discussions, supporting testing/validation activities, and helping translate business changes into accounting process impacts.

  • Provide accounting integration support for M&A activities, including close readiness, process alignment, and coordination of required accounting deliverables.

  • Support master data governance and simplification roadmap activities by helping define requirements, improving data quality, and promoting consistent use of accounting master data.

  • Enhance the internal controls environment through oversight and accountability. Support remediation of identified control matters by helping establish action plans, updating/creating control documentation, maintaining controls evidence, and monitoring completion of agreed actions.

  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for assigned areas and close-related initiatives.
