Job Description
Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
Growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a visible impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and variances
- Prepare financial reports and audit support schedules
- Manage accounting activities related to cash, fixed assets, debt, payroll, receivables, and other assigned areas
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred but not required
- 3+ years public accounting experience or 5+ years corporate accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
