What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process
Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting
Support inventory and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and manufacturing reporting
Analyze financial results and investigate variances
Partner with operations to improve reporting and support business decisions
Assist with process improvements, audit support, and special projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Approximately 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Current Accountant or Senior Accountant experience
Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience
Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience is preferred but not required
ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
CPA or progress toward a CPA is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$105,000 base salary (depending on experience)
